PEGAS 300×320 SHI-LR
The PEGAS 300 x 320 SHI-LR Semi-Automatic Bandsaw, equipped with hydraulic control, has been expertly crafted for precision cutting. This bandsaw excels in making perpendicular and angular cuts, with the ability to continuously adjust angles from 0 to +60 degrees to the right and from 0 to -45 degrees to the left. Changing the cutting angle is a breeze, thanks to the quick-release lever. This versatile machine is ideal for both piece and small series production, and its sturdy construction allows it to handle a wide range of material qualities, including stainless steels and tool steels, in various forms such as profiles and solid semi-finished products.
Features
Designed for vertical and angular cuts, this machine offers smooth angle adjustments ranging from 60 degrees to the right to 45 degrees to the left.
It’s well-suited for both piece production and small series manufacturing, and its robust build ensures it can effortlessly cut a wide variety of profiles and materials.
The control system boasts a PLC from MITSUBISHI and includes an automatic feed control feature known as BRP. The control panel is provided as standard equipment, featuring a user-friendly touch display and PLC functionality. This enables semi-automatic cutting (with basic settings included) and facilitates seamless communication with the operator.
Recommended values. Recommendations of band blade producers are to be followed when choosing to cut full material, their dimensions are limited by available size of the teeth for the specific type of the band.
