The PEGAS 230 x 280 GH-LR Gravitational Bandsaw machine has been meticulously crafted to excel in both vertical and angular material cutting. It offers seamless angle adjustments, ranging smoothly from 0 to 60 degrees to the right and from 0 to 45 degrees to the left. This machine is ideally suited for both piece production and small series manufacturing. Thanks to its robust construction, it can effortlessly handle a wide array of profiles and various materials.
Features
The arm’s working motion is powered by its own weight, with speed precisely regulated by a hydraulic cylinder. This design optimally caters to vertical and angular cuts, allowing for continuous angle adjustments from 0 to 60 degrees to the right and from 0 to 45 degrees to the left. Changing angles is a breeze, facilitated by a quick clamping handle.
This versatile machine is suitable for both piece production and small series manufacturing, with its robust construction ensuring the ability to effortlessly cut a wide range of profiles and full materials.
A manually controlled quick clamping vice ensures precision, with cut regulation managed by a hydraulic damper and a restrictor choke valve. The cutting process remains consistent, unaffected by human factors, thereby extending blade life. Operators initiate the machine by pressing the start button and setting the desired cutting speed. Upon completing the cut, the machine automatically stops, and the operator manually raises the arm to the starting position. Material feeding is done manually, and angular cuts are easily achieved by adjusting the arm’s position.
