The KS 450FT bandsaw is equipped with a rigid welded steel section bow and 360mm pulleys. The rotation of the arc is supported by precision bearings, ensuring smooth head rotation without friction. The blade guide, featuring carbide inserts and additional pre-twist bearings, ensures optimal blade alignment, reducing blade body fatigue and premature failure.
It features a full stroke hydraulic vice with a 460mm stroke. The vice can be easily and quickly positioned on either side of the saw blade, depending on the mitre direction. It comes standard with a pressure reducer for cutting thin wall materials.
The work surface of the KS 450FT has a solid plate with clearance flutes for common angles. The table is equipped with an automatic stop system at 45° to the left, 0°, and 45° to the right. Other inclinations can be determined through the graduated scale on the cutting table.
The bandsaw is also equipped with an automatic material height detection device. This allows for a fast approach to the material before switching to the selected cutting speed. The blade is raised only 1mm above the cut piece, reducing cycle times.
The KS450FT features a powered blade cleaning brush, enhancing blade life and performance.
The KS450FT is equipped with a mobile control console that includes LED confirmation for various functions such as blade tensioning, opening the blade guard, motor thermal block, and electrical tension. The control panel allows the operator to choose between three different cutting modes: blade return, blade not running, or blade not returning after the cut.
It is crucial to ensure heavy steel guide arms in any bandsaw, as they support a precision set of pre-twist roller bearings and solid carbide blade guides. This combination guarantees maximum precision and performance.

Micro-mist Bandsaw
The optional pure oil micro-mist blade lubrication system is recommended for cutting tubes and sectional materials where loss of flood lubricant through the material is an issue. This precision delivery system allows adjustment for the number of pulses per minute and the quantity of each dose. Please note that this system requires a compressed air supply. The standard flood system is still retained for cutting solid materials, and the operator can easily switch between the two systems.

Optional Loading/Unloading Roller Table:
Roller conveyor suitable for both loading and unloading purposes. It has a length of 1.5m, 1 pedestal, and a maximum loading capacity of 1500kg.
Optional Unloading Roller Table:
Unloading roller table equipped with a digital display and manual movement. Two options available:
- RTL3KS600: Measuring 3m in length, with 3 pedestals and a maximum loading capacity of 3000kg.
- RTL6KS600: Measuring 6m in length, with 5 pedestals and a maximum loading capacity of 6000kg.
