The Genisis 2RTF is a robust machine designed for enhanced productivity. It features dual corner rounders with a dual-track speed capable of running at 14 m/min. These heavy-duty machines share features with the RTF model, such as anti-adhesive spray, pre-milling, pre-heating of the edge, a quick-release gluepot, separate end trimming saws, flush trim, profile and glue scrapers, solvent spray, and buffing.
With nesting capabilities, they’re suitable for those with CNC. The machine has upgraded motors for faster operation, including pre-milling and top trimmer motors. It boasts a 10” color touchscreen control and motorized lifting of the pressure beam. The CNC option allows automatic adjustment to panel height and tape thickness. Additionally, there’s an option to ‘future proof’ your edge banding requirements with preparation for a separate EVA/PUR gluepot.
