Features:
Cutting Control: The H601-NC features a 7-inch touch screen display with simple and intuitive graphics. It allows for different quantities and lengths on the same bar. The operator can store up to 99 cutting programs, which automatically calculates the blade thickness and total number of pieces to be cut. It also allows for setting cutting lengths and managing the automatic cutting cycle.
Cutting Table: The H601-NC is intentionally designed with a large cutting table to provide full support for wide section materials.
Material Feeder: The feeder length is 500mm (also available in 1500mm) and features automatic stroke repetition. It operates on precision 32mm diameter ball screws with a powerful servo motor. The minimum cutting length is 30mm, and the minimum scrap-end length is 100mm. The tolerance for each feeder stroke is +/- 0.2mm on rectilinear bars. The feed vices open on both sides to accommodate out-of-tolerance material and reduce marking.
Saw Frame: The H601-NC has a heavy, rigid steel saw frame for maximum stability and vibration absorption. It is mounted on a large steel column with precision linear guides. To enhance cutting performance, the bandsaw has a high blade tension of 2000kg/cm2.
6° Blade Inclination: The 6° blade inclination provides significant benefits when cutting square and flat materials. It follows the line of least resistance throughout the cut for sectional materials. With solid materials, the initial contact is not across the entire width. These advantages result in extended blade life, faster cutting times, and reduced stress on machine components.
Material Detection Device: A mechanical material height detection device enables fast approach to the material. It then switches to the selected feed speed for cutting and automatically returns to a position 5mm above the workpiece for fast repetition cutting.
Horizontal Supporting Roll: The machine is equipped with a supplementary support roll placed on the loading side. It provides better support for materials, even on larger sizes.
Vice: A short stroke hydraulic vice is installed, which is safer than full stroke designs. It eliminates the chance of damaging the exposed piston shaft. Gap adjustment is done using a handwheel on a lead screw.
Variable Blade Speed: The machine is equipped with an ESC (electronic inverter) for variable speed, making it suitable for cutting different materials.
Cutting Control: A mobile control panel is provided to set all cutting parameters, including LED machine diagnostic indicators.

Micro-mist Bandsaw (Optional):
